Leah & Ben discovered us while we were regularly shooting wedding films in Seattle (click to see one of my favorites!). They really enjoyed our wedding videography style and were looking for a cinematic style film. During our consultation, Leah mentioned that she and Ben lived in Colorado, but would be hosting their wedding in Seward, Alaska at the Windsong Lodge. Needless to say, I was in!
After a quick layover in Seattle, I found myself in Anchorage, Alaska and hit the road for the 125 mile journey to BEAUTIFUL Seward. In fact, I documented the whole trip:
The Seward Windsong Lodge is an all-in-one wedding location, complete with 180 guest rooms, breathtaking views and extremely affordable pricing. This vintage resort is located at the head of the Resurrection River near the Kenai Fjords National Park.
Leah and Ben were AMAZING and didn't hesitate when it came to cruising all over town in order to hit all the perfect spots, one of which is one of my favorite frames I've ever captured to this day:
